We provide Ignition Interlock Devices to clients in several US states. This app will be used as an extension to our current webapp and corporate database.
For use by: Employees and Third-Party Service Centers (Contractors - 1099 not W2)
Purposes:
- Scan QR Codes - This way we know which device they are resetting and/or installing/removing
- Capture Images - When devices break, new customer profile photos, copy of customer license, etc - save the hassle of scanning and uploading
- Capture customer signature - Using signature pad customer can sign - we generate PDF on our server
- Update Service Orders - Tech pushes buttons to update the service order so HQ can keep track of which steps were done, when they were done, how long things take, etc.
